One goods replacement is free of charge (there is no need to pay any postage or any other charges). If the ordered shoes do not fit and you need to replace them, you may proceed as follows: within the 14 days after delivery you may send us the unused shoes in the original shoe box (we kindly ask you to wrap the shoe box in packing paper or clingfilm). Please enclose the invoice copy and write down what the shoes should be replaced with a different size or a different shoe model (which model?).
Making returns from e-shop (withdrawal of contract): You may send back the unused shoes in the original shoe box (we kindly ask you to wrap the shoe box in packing paper or clingfilm) within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason. Please enclose the form "Withdrawal of Contract" and send it to: Nadměrná obuv, Černínova 1, 130 00, Praha 3. We will return your money to the bank account, as it states in the enclosed form.
Making returns - in the store: You may personally return the unused shoes in the original shoe box within 14 days after purchase, in the store: Nadměrná obuv, Černínova 1, 130 00, Praha 3. You will have to show us the bill. We will return your money in cash (regardless of the payment form).
You may lodge a deficiency claim (clean shoes including soles and odour free) with the bill personally in the shop: Nadměrná obuv, Černínova 1, 130 00, Praha 3, or you may send them to the same address. If you send the shoes via post, please enclose the copy of the bill, a covering letter with an explanation of the defect and your contact details (name and surname, address, mobile phone, e-mail).
